Premium Dual-Door Units (two overhead doors + center partition with walk-through door):

• 28ft × 60ft (1,680 sq ft)
• 34ft × 40ft (1,360 sq ft)
• 34ft × 60ft (2,040 sq ft)

All units include 12ft wide, 14ft tall overhead doors, interior lighting, and an electrical outlet.

No. Legacy Self Storage does not offer climate-controlled units. Our facility is designed specifically for large vehicles, equipment, and items that do not require temperature regulation — things like RVs, boats, trailers, work trucks, and contractor equipment.

If you need climate control for temperature-sensitive items like electronics, documents, or fine furniture, we’d recommend looking for a facility that specializes in that. We’d rather be honest than sell you something that doesn’t fit your needs.

Yes — that’s exactly what we built this facility for. Our 12ft wide, 14ft tall overhead doors and 75-foot drive lanes are specifically designed for full-size RVs, boats on trailers, fifth wheels, campers, and enclosed trailers. Most storage facilities can’t accommodate these vehicles. We can.

Yes. Every tenant receives a personal access code that works around the clock, 365 days a year. There are no office hours to work around and no need to call ahead. Your unit is available whenever you need it.

Yes. Every unit includes a standard electrical outlet. You can use it for trickle chargers, battery maintenance, power tools, lighting, or anything else that needs a plug. This is a feature most drive-up storage facilities don’t offer.

Once you’ve chosen your unit, a refundable $50 deposit secures it. We’ll walk you through available sizes and help you choose the right one. For general questions, visit our Contact page.

All units are rented on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts required. You can stay as long as you need and cancel with proper notice.

Yes. Legacy Self Storage is monitored by security cameras covering the facility. Each tenant has a personal access code, and every unit is individually secured with your own lock. Your equipment and vehicles are valuable — we take that seriously.

Legacy Self Storage is located in Gretna, Nebraska — centrally positioned between Lincoln and Omaha. We’re easily accessible from Lincoln, Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Elkhorn, Waverly, and surrounding communities.
